To be eligible for this permit, you must eighteen or older.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that spectators will be a safe distance from the discharge area, as specified on the label of the fireworks.
To be eligible for this permit, you must that all products will be discharged, set-off or released consistent with the manufacturer's specifications as indicated on the product label.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that a listed and labeled portable fire extinguisher having a minimum rating of 2A (3 gallons of water) or water supply (garden hose) shall be provided in the immediate area where fireworks are being discharged, fired or set off.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that I will NOT discharge fireworks on or over public lands. This includes school property, parks, golf courses, roadways or any other public property.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that I will NOT discharge fireworks when the wind velocity exceeds 45 km/hr, a fire ban or restriction is in place, or when it is deemed unsafe by the Foothills County Fire Department. Weather conditions can create an undue fire hazard.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that I will NOT discharge fireworks, or set off fireworks in or near a building, tent, trailer, canvas shelter, trees, flammable or combustible substance, or motor vehicle.
To be eligible for this permit, you must confirm that I will notify Foothills County Fire Rescue dispatch 30 - 45 minutes PRIOR to discharge. 1-888-808-3722.
